We are excited to announce that we will be launching a new Client Portal Service with Virtual Cabinet over the coming weeks.
EKWilliams is passionate about developing through innovation so you receive the best service. In the last few months, we have been tirelessly working towards a transition to a new Client Portal to provide a more personalised customer experience.
Virtual Cabinet offers a secure cloud-based Client Portal which allows us to easily create a protected online workspace to share documents individually or as part of a pack, swiftly sign-off with electronic signatures, and communicate safely with our clients.
What do you need to do?
In the coming weeks, you will receive an email containing documents for the first time via the new portal.
The email will inform you that you have received documents sent securely and ask you to follow a simple account activation process within 5 days of the date of the email you receive from us.
There will be a link you click on to activate your new account. Once you have set up your account you then are able to access documents by logging in with the email and password provided when you activated your account.
Please also note that all portal-related emails come from the email address, ‘[email protected]’ email address, although our company name will be assigned to that email address.
